It is all centred, it probably looks a little unaligned due to the online image.

Try some of these ranks.

First icon is a favicon. Place the two bottom links on that page in..
Templates > FunkyOne > Ungrouped Templates > Headerinclude

http://www.favicon-generator.org

Forum icons can be edited in..
Templates > FunkyOne > Forumbit Templates > forumbit_depth2_forum + forumbit_depth2_cat

Edit the text icon "folder-o" with one here..

For the forum icons, i'd like to put my own Image. As you see in the screenshot, the threads are of popular video games. I'd like to have an icon representing that certain video game.

Scroll down to the FICONS tutorial bit. You'll need to edit it a little.

https://community.mybb.com/thread-156711.html

Place this in forumbit_depth2_forum + forumbit_depth2_cat

Code:
<span class="forum_status forum_{$lightbulb['folder']} ajax_mark_read ficons_{$forum['fid']}" title="{$lightbulb['altonoff']}" id="mark_read_{$forum['fid']}"></span>

Make a new stylesheet and add this. (ficons_1) the 1 is your forum ID, replace them with your own.
You can find all your forum ID's by hovering over the links of your Forum titles on the index. (screen below)

Code:
.ficons_1 i:before {
background: url(images/funky/1.png) no-repeat 0 0;
width: 45px;
height: 43px;
}

.ficons_2 i:before {
background: url(images/funky/2.png) no-repeat 0 0;
width: 45px;
height: 43px;
}

.ficons_3 i:before {
background: url(images/funky/3.png) no-repeat 0 0;
width: 45px;
height: 43px;
}

.ficons_4 i:before {
background: url(images/funky/4.png) no-repeat 0 0;
width: 45px;
height: 43px;
}

.ficons_5 i:before {
background: url(images/funky/5.png) no-repeat 0 0;
width: 45px;
height: 43px;
}

Thank you for all the help so far.

I'm using a "Simple Like" plugin, and in the User CP, it breaks the format.

Any idea on how to fix this?

You need to edit the like profile templates, should be in global templates.

Templates > Global > Like Templates.

Themes > FunkyOne > Global.css and extra.css

I have minifed the CSS so run it through this link http://unminify.com
Then just copy and paste the unminified CSS back into Global.css and extra.css
